Approved scopes may include storefronts, offices, multi-tenant buildings, warehouses, stucco, masonry, metal, trim, doors, and other suitable substrates. Washing, loose-coating removal, sanding, caulking, spot priming, and minor repairs are specified by observed condition.
Roofing, waterproofing, structural work, extensive corrosion, hazardous materials, and industrial coating systems are excluded unless the proper capability and separate scope are confirmed.

Will entrances need to close?
Access is evaluated by elevation and task. Work may be phased or scheduled around traffic, but some operations can require temporary controlled areas.
How does weather affect the schedule?
Temperature, wind, moisture, rain, dust, surface temperature, and product limits may change the daily sequence or completion date.
Can you match existing colors?
Samples and documented approvals help, but aged exterior coatings may vary by elevation. Final selections and acceptable transitions are confirmed before application.
